AHEA 225 - Medical Coding Certification Preparation

3 Credits (2 lecture, 2 lab)
This course prepares students to take certification exams offered by professional coding organizations. Students will review medical coding guidelines and examination strategies.
Prerequisite: Completion of 32 credits in the program with at least a “C” average and permission of the instructor.
