BUSN 221 - Business Leadership 3 Credits: (3 lecture)
Course Description This course is designed to acquaint the student with the fundamentals of business leadership development through behavior theory and business practice learning. The balancing of people-and task- related skills necessary for influencing others to get their job done efficiently and effectively will be explored.

B. Business values, ethical principles, empowerment, and morale
C. Business leadership variables, principles, and styles
D. Understanding people, delegation, and change effectiveness
E. Business authority effectiveness and performance
Student Evaluation Student grades will be based on a combination of in class exercises and discussions, a minimum of four exams including a midterm and comprehensive final, video analysis, article analysis write-ups, interactive questionnaires and exercises.
