COMM 241 - Graphic Designer Web Pages 3 Credits: (3 lecture)
Course Description In this advanced electronic skills class, the student will build on skills learned in their previous classes to create and design a web page with Graphic Design sophistication and flair.
Prerequisite COMM 112 and COMM 110.

Objectives The student will be able to:
A. Design type for the web page.
B. Create graphics for the web page.
C. Design and create a Graphic Designer web page.
D. Design tiled backgrounds.
Content A. Tools of web page design.
B. Advanced techniques of web page design.
C. Preparing files for importing into a web page program.
D. Techniques for designing stylized fonts and art for the web page.
E. Design of a web page using appropriate Graphic Design sophistication.
