ENGL 111 - Technical Writing II 3 Credits: (3 lecture)
Course Description This course is the study of preparing, reviewing, revising, and finalizing workplace and technical communication with emphasis on the practice and study of selected types of discourse employed in professional writing situations. Examples from the writing of workplace professionals are analyzed and used as models to demonstrate the transition from academic to professional writing. This course meets the General Education competency of Critical Thinking (CT).
Prerequisite ENGL 101 or ENGL 110.
