This course is designed to study the process of human motor behavior across the lifespan, specifically examining how development of mental and motor abilities affects human movement.

A. Explain the structural and functional changes of human development related to motor behavior. 

B. Identify motor behavior changes throughout an individual’s lifespan. 

C. Apply motor behavior theories to an instructional setting.

E. Motor learning assessment techniques 

F. Introduction to motor skill learning 

G. Hands-on learning activities related to motor skill learning 

H. Motor behavior concepts applied to the instructional setting 

Student Evaluation
A. Written assessment of the biological changes of human development 

B. Objective questions on motor behavior from infant to adulthood including skill development and movement pattern within a written assessment
