OADM 201 - Microsoft® Collaboration Tools 3 Credits: 3
Course Description This course provides a comprehensive knowledge of productivity and collaboration tools within Microsoft® Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive. Students will acquire practical skills through hands-on experiences, enabling them to master effective procedures for using email, collaboration tools, and file storage and sharing platforms. This practical knowledge aims to enhance their workplace productivity.

Corequisite OADM 107 or COMP 210.
Text A minimum of four months of Cengage Unlimited, which will include access to the digital copy of the following textbook:

**Additional Materials: Access to a Windows computer capable of running Office 2021/Office 365: Outlook®, Teams®, and OneDrive®. (Students can download these applications for free through their BC3 email account.) Online sections are required to have, and all other sections are recommended to have, a webcam and Respondus Lockdown Browser installed on their computer.
Objectives The student will be able to:
A. Create email messages, contacts, appointments, and calendars.
B. Organize email messages, contacts, appointments, and calendars.
C. Customize the user interface for Microsoft® Outlook.
D. Create a collaboration site using Microsoft® Teams on both computer and mobile devices.
E. Establish a centralized hub in Microsoft® Teams for team-related information, announcements, and documents through channels and file storage capabilities.
F. Utilize Microsoft® Teams for face-to-face and virtual meeting management.
G. Employ OneDrive to store, organize, and share files.
