MACH 101 - Introduction to Metalworking

3 credits (1 lecture, 3 lab)
This course is designed to introduce the student to the history of machining tools, machine trade opportunities and general shop safety. Classroom and laboratory activities include basic measurement, layout tools and processes, hand tool and bench work, metal cutting saws and drilling machines.
Prerequisite/Corequisite: DRFT 114.
