MECH 220 - Automation and Robotics 3 credits (2 lecture, 2 lab) This course provides the basic principles of robotic technology through the fields of control theory, computer programming, artificial intelligence, human factors, and production theory. Movement systems, electrical and hydraulic power systems, and sensing systems are introduced. Prerequisite(s): MATH 117 or MATH 101 and PHYS 101
