COMP 272 - Web Programming Practicum

4 credits (1 lecture, 11 work hours per week)
This course gives advanced students in the Web Programming Specialist Program an opportunity to gain practical hands-on experience by observing and working with the various software applications and programming languages used to develop, enhance, maintain and upload web pages. The instructor and immediate supervisor cooperatively direct students on projects or work in business organizations. Students will complete a minimum of 165 hours at the assigned site or on the assigned project.
Prerequisite(s): Completion of 45 credits in the program and 18 credits in the major with a “C” average or permission of the instructor.
