Associate in Arts Degree
The Fine Arts Program offers students options for an introduction to either the visual or theater arts through classroom instruction and hands on experience. Each four-year college or university determines which BC3 courses are acceptable in transfer. Students should contact the institution for assurance prior to registering for the course at BC3.
Program Competencies
The student/graduate will be able to:
- Describe the major historical periods/movements of 20th century art, music, or theater.
- Communicate a specific point of view to a clearly defined audience.
- Analyze the technical composition of a work of art, music, or theater.
- Express his/her point of view in a drawing or poem.
