General Studies/General (100A)
Associate in Arts Degree

The degree in General Studies is intended to give the student the opportunity to explore many alternatives before making a career choice. The curriculum has set requirements at a minimum in order to give each student the chance to choose new intellectual experiences that provide opportunity for optimum growth. This policy places important responsibility upon the student for discrimination in making decisions. Each four-year college or university determines which BC3 courses are acceptable in transfer. Students should contact the institution for assurance prior to registering for the course at BC3.
