Associate in Science Degree

The Associate in Science Degree in Physical Education is designed to provide the first two years of a four-year baccalaureate degree.  There are four areas of specialization which the student may select, Exercise Science, Sport Management, Teacher Preparation as well as Physical Activity and Fitness Management in Physical Education.  Physical Activity and Fitness Management is designed to prepare students to lead, teach and/or manage physical activities. Employment opportunities are available in commercial or community settings, schools as well as possible individual entrepreneurships. Each four-year college or university determines which BC3 courses are acceptable in transfer. Students should contact the institution for assurance prior to registering for the course at BC3.
