PHED 129 - Introduction to Pilates 1 credits (3 lecture) This course is an introduction to Pilates exercises. Students will be introduced to the importance of maintaining an exercise program that limits stress on joints. The focus and development of this course is on the core center, correct breathing, as well as correct alignment of the body.
