BUSN 210 - Employee Training and Development 3 credits (3 lecture) This course is designed to acquaint the student with Human Resource Managerial (HRM) skills in the area of employee training and development. Emphasis will be placed upon interpersonal and organizational communication skills used in human resource departments, interviewing skills, feedback, motivation, change and problem solving as they relate to HR departments and HRM goal attainment. Students will have an opportunity to actively practice desired behaviors in the above areas.
