PHED 132 - Basketball/Weight Training 1 credits (3 lab) This course is a one semester course concentrating on two separate activities, each receiving seven and one-half weeks of instruction. Basketball will emphasize individual skill development, team concepts and an understanding of offensive and defensive schemes. Weight Training will concentrate on individual development, strength assessment and an individualized program that will enhance the development of muscle strength and endurance.
