Students pursuing this certificate will acquire skills in Microsoft® Office applications, office procedures, and customer service. A graduate of this program seeks employment as an order clerk, customer service representative, software application specialist, or office assistant.  

 Prerequisite: OADM 107

A Document Formatting I (OADM 107) exemption test is available and will be administered by the Business Division.

Students are encouraged to sit for Microsoft Office Certification exams upon completion of the program.

NOTE: Courses listed in the first/third semester will be scheduled for the fall; second/fourth semester courses will be scheduled for the spring. The student is encouraged to use the curriculum planner to keep track of courses taken and those still needed. In some cases, one or more courses may be taken in a different order than indicated on the planner. However, individual course prerequisites must be observed.
