1 Students advancing on to an associate degree are encouraged to take Technical Math I (MATH 117) or College Algebra (MATH 101).
2 Students advancing on to an associate degree are encouraged to take Technical Graphics with AutoCAD (DRFT120).
3 *NIMS Credentials to satisfy the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programming (MECH 114) requirements include: Measurement, Materials and Safety (MMS), CNC Milling-Setup/Programming, and CNC Turning-Setup/Programming Level I credentials.
4 *NIMS Credentials to satisfy the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programming I- Mill (MECH 120) requirements include: MMS, CNC Milling-Setup/Programming Level I, and CNC Milling Level II credentials.
5 *NIMS Credentials to satisfy the Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programming II-Lathe (MECH 121) requirements include: MMS, CNC turning-Setup/Programming Level I, and CNC Turning Level II credentials.
6 Students advancing on to an associate degree are encouraged to take College Writing (ENGL 101).
7 Program advisor must approve choice of elective from the areas of computer programming, electronics, drafting, metrology, or manufacturing.
* Butler County Community College does not offer coursework that leads to NIMS certifications.
